I am a sucker for a lightweight hoodie and the Pyrenees T19 Hoodie checks so many boxes. A lot of sun hoodies are technical fabrics that can be clingy and usually stink so bad within 24 hours.
Path uses a “Tencil-blend” that is legitimately the softest, best feeling material I’ve ever experienced.
It’s like your favorite cotton tee of all time but with UPF 50+ protection and wicking features. Plus, I wore this thing for 3 days straight and it still doesn’t stink.

If you had one of the older versions, they have revised the fit pulling in the body by 1” and the sleeves by 2” for a much more natural fit.
The Pyrenees differs from the Wadi LS Hooded Tee in a couple of ways.
Mainly the material.
The Pyrenees is a bit heavier (.5 oz) , but can help provide a small amount of warmth. It’s recommended temp range is 35 degrees to 90 degrees, and I honestly think it’s a more versatile top for an environment like Tahoe where the temp swings are a little more dramatic.
It also gives you 40% more UPF protection.
If you are going into anything warmer than that I would have to say it may be a bit too warm.
The only reason I want to buy more would be for the colorways but packing light for Tahoe I know I only need one to get the job done.

This may end up being a layer I keep on for the full 200 miles of Tahoe.
